W.A.L.T use green screen for our cross country. My goal is to pace myself throughout the race. I am going to achieve my goal by running with my dad every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.My reflection is to become faster and stronger throughout the time that we have.
First we took a video of us running from one side of the field to the goal post. second we went to the class and grouped all of the paper that had our goals, how and reflections.
Thirdly got called in and then we did our green screening. We had a big green sheet behind us. It was awesome. I am going to practice every day but i'm still going to run with my Dad. since I have a trampoline I can practice on there.
My favourite part about cross country is that after mum takes me to get ice-cream. I personally don't like cross country because I lost my shoe last time. So this time I'm not going to ware shoes.
